

We understand that the current regional situation is already creating operational challenges, and we sincerely acknowledge the additional pressure this disruption may be causing. This matter is being treated with the highest priority and urgency.
As previously communicated, services were restored via our UAE Disaster Recovery (DR) environment.
However, AWS has now confirmed a broader regional disruption impacting additional UAE regions, including the DR infrastructure that had been temporarily activated. This has resulted in continued instability for certain services.
All customer data remains fully intact and secure. There has been no data loss. Once regional services are fully restored, access to environments and data will resume seamlessly.
